What is SR&ED?
The SR&ED program is the Government of Canada's largest incentive program to encourage research and development activities in Canada. The program is administered by the Canada Revenue Agency and provides generous tax credits to companies of all sizes, across a broad range of industries, to help them recover the cost of eligible SR&ED work.
Federal and Provincial R&D tax credits can off-set up to 65% of labour, 40% of material and 35% of contract costs incurred on eligible SR&ED projects.

Technical Writing
Your technical staff are experts in their field. Writing SR&ED reports isn't the best use of their time. They don't enjoy writing them and they aren't used to writing in the CRA prescribed format. We offer technical writing services to prepare the T661 Part 2 Project Descriptions. We provide clear, concise, and compelling technical narratives designed to highlight project eligibility and justify project costs.
Full SR&ED Service
Our comprehensive Start-to-Finish SR&ED service minimizes your effort and ensures the smoothest possible claim process. You will be paired with an experienced consultant who will work with you to identify SR&ED eligible work, capture the associated costs, prepare the Project Descriptions, complete the SR&ED costing and tax forms, coordinate filing the claim with your accountant, and communicate with the CRA to ensure fast and fair processing of your claim.
Audit Support
Not all SR&ED claims go smoothly. When the CRA comes calling, you can count on our expertise to help you navigate the audit process. Even if we didn't prepare your claim, we will provide your with an objective assessment of your options and work with you to secure the best outcome.
We handle communications with the CRA, help respond to information requests and, if necessary, appeal unfair CRA decisions.
